    Exciting opportunity for a passionate Group Director of Revenue who will be responsible for all matters related to the group’s Revenue production operations and for the timely and accurate production of reporting in accordance with group reporting requirement.
    The Group Revenue Director will be responsible for the efficient and profitable handling of the group revenue distribution channels & ensuring that the policies and objectives of Lancemore Group are implemented, administered and maintained and ensures that the high standards of quality are maintained and profitability is consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage top-line Revenue and rate structures for the entire Group
  • Lead the Revenue team
  • Conducting Monthly Forecast and strategy meeting with executive team and hotel General Managers
  • Complete and analyze month end reports for presentation to General Managers, GDOO, COO and CEO
  • Complete and present performance reports to Executive and the Board at BAMM (Bi-Annual Management Meeting)
  • Maintain configuration and database integrity on all hotel Property Management Systems across the group
  • Provide data and performance analysis to executive team including the Group Director of Sales, Group Financial Controller, COO and CEO
  • Consult with hotel General Managers, Front Office Managers and Reservations teams providing training and governance of group procedures
  • Annual review and setting of pricing plans across all lines of business including MICE, FIT, Weddings and Events
  • Market conditions and competitor pricing / opportunities / threats occurring from changing market conditions
  • Preparation of annual revenue budgets for all hotels in conjunction with Group Executive
  • Developing, executing and reporting on seasonal distribution and pricing strategies for all hotels
  • Track and report on booking patterns across all lines of business including MICE, weddings & events and FIT
  • Contracting for wholesale / inbound / government and corporate accounts across all hotels
  • Work closely with the Group Executive and property General Managers to advise and guide effective on revenue and distribution management.
  • Manage the Revenue team and manages the functional requirements to achieve the overall organizational revenue targets inline with company objectives.
