Job Description
Due to an internal move, we have a unique leadership opportunity to join our Transport Line of Business as a Group Director. Inspiring our industry leading and highly motivated team of Transport professionals in delivering critical diverse Transport projects throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • As an engaging and knowledgeable expert in the industry, with existing local networks, you will continue to drive AECOM’s reputation as a leading consultant on Transport projects, as we solve our client’s most complex challenges.
  • With client satisfaction and project delivery forefront, you will ensure our internal structure and skills are set up and continue to provide the best possible service to the market. You will engage with current and prospective clients to build effective relationships resulting in revenue growth, through deepening relationships of trust, best for project delivery and exceptional quality.
  • You will be a role model, leading from the front, driving cultural behaviours of collaboration, innovative thinkers, trust, result focused and a care for colleagues to drive a psychological safety of being able to bring your full self to work
