Responsibilities:

An opportunity has arisen for a Group Engineering Manager based in Central London .
The main duties will be to provide direct line management to a team of Engineers and Group Engineering Teams to manage and ensure maximum availability of analytical equipment.
The successful candidate will also deliver reports to senior management and provide escalation support and point of contact for external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Other duties include, document management, assisting with system training sessions and maintain agreed SLA/KPI with reporting to Director of Group Lab Services.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work long or unsociable hours when required and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic role.
This is a full time post 40 hours per week.
