SO WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• Essential - A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.
• Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
• Experienced in delivering high energy classes to music.
• Ability to follow choreography whilst implementing your own style of teaching, to create a unique experience.
• Good level of fitness to be able to physically meet the demands of the work out.
• Have effective communication skills, delivering technical cues clearly with the ability to build rapport motivate!
• Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
• Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
