• Group Facilitator role in ParentZone our Parent Education Program
• Strengthen the capacity of families to meet the needs of their children through group work

THE SKILLS YOU WILL USE DAY TO DAY:

• Group work program delivery.
• Working with families impacted by family violence.
• Implementing professional training and working with children and families in a group context.
• Understanding of evidence-based and outcome focused approaches as well as community development principles, practices and applications.
• Understanding of effects of trauma on children and families.
• Project management practices and administrative skills.

• You get a salary starting at around $97,377 plus super at full time hours.
• Pro rata the above to 15.2 hours per week which is 0.4FTE.
• Hourly rate $49.28-$51.51
• Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
• SCHCADS award level 5.
• Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
• Work from our great office space in Broadmeadows.
• Some travel required around the northern metro area, pool cars available.
