Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop a dedicated support function within the portfolio of group managed finance systems.
  • Provide expert-level support for D365 FO, resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Provide and manage global support and administration of other Finance Systems managed by the group; currently Semine (invoice workflow) and Rydoo (expense)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases, offering deep technical knowledge and solutions.
  • Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance service delivery. Establish and develop a global superuser fora for collaboration and knowledge sharing for superusers in each country
  • Monitor and analyse support metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of D365 FO.
  • Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance service delivery. Establish and develop a global superuser fora for collaboration and knowledge sharing for superusers in each country.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, solutions, and processes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, testing and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in implementation projects in new countries (training, testing and workshops)
  • Implement, test, and participate in designing new functionality and improved user experiences.
