The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation from a Top 10 accounting firm and have progressed into a Group Reporting or Financial Controller role. They should possess high aspirations and the emotional intelligence (EQ) to thrive in a mid-market private equity environment. Experience in a Private Equity-backed business or SaaS would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact throughout the Group for technical accounting and reporting queries. Review and assess the impact of new developments in financial governance and related regulatory frameworks on the Group.
- Financial Control and Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to financial control frameworks and continuously improve existing processes. Promote best practices pragmatically to enhance both efficiency and quality of outputs.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Develop and maintain a robust process for monitoring balance sheet reconciliations performed by the wider Finance team.
