Description:

Traverse Alpine Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. The Group Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations across multiple venues. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food & beverage management in a hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional food & beverage services.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food & beverage strategies and plans for multiple venues.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, freshness, and seasonality in the offerings.
  • Collaborate with other managers to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of food & beverage professionals.
  • Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards to provide a safe experience for guests.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the food & beverage offerings.
