NetEase Games (Montréal) is currently looking for a Facility Operations Manager on its behalf to oversee the day-to-day operations of all facility-related activities within the organization. This role ensures that the physical infrastructure, equipment, and services are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The Facility Operations Manager will manage the in-office experience of current local teams, coordinate with vendors, and implement strategies to improve facility operations and reduce costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager, LEED Accredited Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Proficiency with facilities management software and tools.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale facility projects, including renovations, relocations, and new installations.
  • Budgeting: Experience in developing and managing budgets, with a focus on cost control and financial efficiency.

    NetEase Games (Montréal) est actuellement à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire des opérations des installations pour superviser les activités quotidiennes liées aux installations au sein de l’organisation. Ce rôle veille à ce que l’infrastructure physique, les équipements et les services soient bien entretenus, sûrs et fonctionnent efficacement. Le Gestionnaire des opérations des installations gérera l’expérience au bureau des équipes locales actuelles, coordonnera les relations avec les fournisseurs et mettra en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer les opérations des installations et réduire les coûts.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Project Management: Lead and manage facility-related projects, such as renovations, relocations, and new installations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, including disaster recovery, evacuation, and business continuity plans.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and manage sustainability initiatives to reduce the organization’s environmental footprint, including energy efficiency programs, waste reduction, and recycling efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, including performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and budget status to senior management.
