YOUR ROLE

As Group Head of FP&A, you will be a trusted advisor and storyteller to the business. Clearly providing analysis that drives future decision making and value creation. Your team will redefine financial planning & analysis across Global’s Audio and Outdoor businesses and will play an increasingly catalytic and strategic role in decision making and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Catalyst for Change (40%): Redefine the FP&A function, leading innovative financial analysis and reporting to support the company’s growth initiatives.
  • Process Improvement (30%): Collaborate with Audio and Outdoor finance leaders to enhance FP&A processes, ensuring streamlined planning cycles and effective communication with business units.
  • Data-Driven Insights (20%): Utilise data to inform monthly company strategy, providing world-class analysis and benchmarking that supports decision-making.
  • Ad Hoc Support (10%): Offer flexible financial support to the CFO and Executive Finance Director, adapting to evolving business needs.
