We are seeking an exceptional Group Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and improvement strategies across the organisation. This is a pivotal role that will shape our commitment to the highest standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

As the Group Head of Quality, you will be responsible for 4 key areas:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a robust quality strategy aligned with our organisational goals.
• Lead, manage, and inspire the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain a robust and structured Quality Objectives Business Plan for the Global Quality function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to align compliance with the departmental initiatives and needs of the business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality audits, certifications, and customer-related quality inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence across all departments.
