Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a dynamic and challenging role? We are seeking a dedicated Group HR Advisor to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our workforce across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference. They will be a proactive, strong HR generalist, with demonstrable experience of managing a high-volume case load, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. they will be confident, assertive and resilient, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills are essential, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Previous experience of utilising HRIS is desired.
A full driving licence is essential as this role requires you to regularly travel to our sites across the East of England offering on the ground support to our teams. A company vehicle will be provided to assist with your duties (electric vehicle available).

This role will be full-time, 40 hours per week.
