Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Group HR Technology Change Lead to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and strong benefits package.
The Group HR Technology Change Lead will drive and oversee the people impacts for the transformation of the Technology Function across Legal & General.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with the Group Functions HR Director, Group CTO, Technology Transformation Director and other workstream leads in developing and delivering a robust and effective organisation model
  • Acting as a thought partner to the Group Functions HR Director, Group CTO and Technology Transformation Director ensuring that people-related change plans and actions are executed on time, to budget and to a high quality, challenging stakeholders where required
  • Partnering with the Technology workstream leads and ensuring that cultural impacts of transformation are fully understood and built into the transformation across all stages
  • Briefing the Group Functions HRD, Group CTO and Technology Transformation Director on any people risks and transformation dependencies
  • Driving forward change at an organisational level and supporting implementation plans ranging from new operating models, new organisation structures and the design and delivery of training and capability build programs
  • Ensuring effective communication plans are in place with clearly mapped out stakeholder engagement maps and robust people communication

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an HR Director or Senior HRBP driving forward complex change programmes
  • Excellent knowledge of best practice transformation methodologies
  • Extensive organisation design experience
  • Experience of successfully delivery large-scale HR projects and change programmes, including technology implementation and process redesign
  • Highly effective understanding of project and planning methodologies
  • HR/Change experience of technology functions would be advantageous
  • Highly effective influencing and negotiating skills with stakeholders up to Board level
  • Ability to work with confidence in a high paced environment and switch between different and evolving projects
