Job Description
You are the single point of contact for coordination between IT and Ardagh Glass Packaging (AGP) at a regional level, ensuring the delivery of technology solutions drives positive business outcomes for AGP’s regional objectives.
Responsibilities
Uphold Ardagh core values by exemplifying ethical conduct, adhering to Group policies & procedures, and leading by example.
Cultivate an environment that underscores the significance of integrity and ethical behaviour in line with the Group Code of Conduct.
Ensure alignment of IT delivery with AGP’s regional business strategies, effectively managing and prioritising IT demands. Collaborate closely with IT Business Partners for demand intake, guiding the overarching direction of tech solutions in alignment with business needs.
Deliver tangible business outcomes for projects designated as “transformative,” ensuring their alignment with AGP’s objectives.
Play a pivotal role in technology integrations during acquisitions, focusing on unlocking synergistic value.
Coordinate consistently across AGP’s regional functions, ensuring streamlined IT solutions and practices.
Champion the consistent prioritisation framework across all regions, ensuring global standards and effective alignment.
Requirements
Strong ITIL4 understanding and practice certification
Financial management acumen
Change Management accreditation (APMG, PROSCI or equivalent)
Fluent in spoken and written English
