Description:
Your responsibilities
Lead and inspire in a dynamic environment! Join our Complaint Handling Team as a Group Leader to oversee a team of 10 people with focus on complaint handling, data analysis, and metrics management in the EMEA region. Drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop top talent while leading impactful projects to success. Key Responsibilites:
Provide leadership to individuals managing complaints, performing data analysis, and handling metrics.

Supervise and coach a team of analysts to meet team and organizational goals.

Offer guidance, training, and support for career growth and skill development.

Oversee the Complaint Handling process and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Analyze and report complaint data for regulatory and internal reviews (QMR, CER, PSUR).

Influence senior leadership on improvements to the quality system and processes.

Maintain and enhance cross-functional team relationships across the organization.

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external audits related to complaint handling.
Your qualification
Bachelor´s degree or above in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years in Post Market, Design Assurance, or Quality Engineering; supervisory experience is a plus.

Passion for leading people and helping them reach their full potential.

Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently while fostering team development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting across a global organization.

Proven focus on continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

- Occasional travel required for meetings, projects, and employee interactions across different locations.
