Job Title: Group Leader Typhoon AGE IP (Initial Provisioning)

Salary: £54,793

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• IP Experience (technical publications)
• Team Leader Experience

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a Support role
• Knowledge/experience of compilation to ASD S2000M
• Understanding of ILS interfaces

• Being responsible for overseeing the welfare of team members, time off, overtime training and PDRs together with providing guidance with regard to any individual queries or issues
• Liaising with Integration for launch of new tasking’s via SDS (Support Design Solution)/Target Events as well as liaising with AGE Assurance group and product assurance
• Responsible for planning team workload and scheduling as well as overseeing resource training
• Capturing tasks not launched via Integration, primarily export specific AGE
• Monitoring & reporting progress on Tasking’s and providing support to the Engineering Manager where necessary
• Being the interface with customer representatives (Core and Export) as well as interface with EPC’s and EF
• You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role
