Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team and bring to life our learning frameworks to align seamlessly with the RAA strategy. In this role, you will design, develop & deliver group training initiatives that contribute to our mission of performance for purpose. You will also:

  • Contribute to the establishment of a robust learning and development framework, enabling the 70:20:10 learning model.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyse training needs, design engaging content across various platforms and ensure effective program delivery.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, utilising modern instructional techniques both in-person and online, and support the development of other facilitators.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, offering guidance on available learning solutions and collaborating with business-specific L&D teams for group-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, making recommendations to enhance the overall learning and development landscape at RAA.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Expertise in designing e-learning and instructor led content in partnership with SMEs from a wide range of areas including cyber awareness & security, risk and compliance, soft skills and more.
  • Sound knowledge of learning design, methodologies, and principles.
  • Proficiency in using Articulate or similar design software
  • Proven ability to build highly effective consultative and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in using KnowB4, ELMO or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in delivering training and awareness campaigns in accordance with APRA regulations.
