THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a primary focus on contracts while also providing legal support across other areas. You will join a dedicated legal team that partners with stakeholders across Faerch Group, with contracts being your key responsibility. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks related to corporate law, corporate governance, competition law, disputes, IP, and/or M&A. In this role, you will utilize your legal competencies in a broad and strategic role with a direct impact on the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Group General Counsel and based in Holstebro, your responsibilities will include:

• Advice and assistance on commercial agreements relating to sales, distribution, cooperation, procurement, Code of Conducts, and NDAs.
• Act as a proactive partner in corporate governance and corporate matters.
• Provide ad hoc advice on various commercial legal matters.
• Advise and assist on disputes and claims, and potentially M&A projects and/or IP matters, depending on your experience and areas of interest.
• Work closely with global stakeholders, including 10-20 days of annual travel across Europe and the US.
