JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role as Group Manager II - TDS Operations , you will be accountable for overseeing the exception an investigation processes of Swift-based payments. You will lead a team of Officers/Analysts/Specialists in the GPDO Payment Investigation Helpdesk, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and the delivery of exceptional client service. This leadership role requires deep expertise in international payment systems, particularly SWIFT. You will provide guidance, leadership, coaching and development to ensure operational results and colleague development objectives are achieved for your team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years Payments related management with a focus on SWIFT payments
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing operational teams.
• Proven ability to develop colleagues in support of career growth.
• Undergraduate Business or Finance degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT message formats and the payment lifecycle, SWIFT certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Fedwire, ACH, CHIPS, Intellitracs, IDAPS, WPS, IPS, WBB, Payment Message Gateway
• Advanced knowledge of ISO20022, CBPR+
• Advanced knowledge of MS suite of applications
