Description:

OVERVIEW

At the center of any world class services organization is a learning and development team that enables sustainable growth with speed and quality. Intuit’s mission is to power prosperity around the world and our financial experts are at the core of that strategy. Our customers face a range of problems in their financial lives and seek human expertise for confidence in times of need. Intuit Academy is at the forefront as a true foundational learning platform that builds expert skill and capabilities, creates new sourcing pipelines, and enables an internal talent strategy that drives results.
As we advance our mission, we are looking to hire an inspirational leader to be part of the Expert Network learning team that supports a multi-billion-dollar services business for Intuit by enabling decision support regarding investment focus and accelerating the velocity and quality of learnings for our Service Delivery, Expert Network and Modern Operations platform organizations.
We seek an innovative, seasoned learning and development (L&D) leader who has led with inspiration and scaled L&D teams through large transformations. This leader should have extensive experience in building external learning/knowledge organizations and developing internal L&D strategies. Given the scale and complexity of Intuit Academy, being data-led and analytics-driven are of critical importance to driving impact and desired outcomes. A demonstrated understanding of upcoming technologies (like Generative AI) and how they accelerate learning platforms is a must as we evolve L&D practices to best-in-class.
