We’re looking for a Marketing Science Manager to join the Marketing Science MENA team at Snap Inc!
As a Marketing Science Manager at Snap, you will play a critical role in leading measurement efforts for large multi-vertical pods or regional teams aligned with our core markets and general management. This role is integral to driving our revenue growth strategy by leveraging your deep expertise in analytics, research, and measurement frameworks.
What you’ll do:
- Autonomously lead measurement initiatives across large multi-vertical teams or regional groups. Align these initiatives with our core market strategies and revenue growth objectives.
- Work extensively with cross-functional teams to influence and garner support for your measurement priorities. These priorities are derived from your strategic vision and OKRs.
- Own and manage regional and client-specific learning agendas geared toward helping advertisers grow their investment profitably on Snap
- Highlight Snap’s value proposition to advertisers and the industry at large by drawing upon internal insights & research, or recommending 3P research needed
- Work with advertisers, agencies, industry trade bodies, and other external stakeholders to advance ad measurement practices
- Participate in account strategy with regional sales and leadership teams
- Balance hands-on work with coaching responsibilities. You will manage and conduct highly effective research, develop normative performance benchmarks, and create ad buying and measurement frameworks. Additionally, you will design and test core hypotheses for scientific measurement experiments.
- Lead and mentor a team of three or more Marketing Science Partners, ensuring their growth and development align with organizational goals.
- Actively engage in industry leadership by participating in trade groups, contributing to publications, and serving on committees. Your influence will extend beyond the company, positioning you as a thought leader in ads efficacy and analytics.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex measurement initiatives across diverse teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any of these streams (Advertising, Applied Statistics, Marketing Analytics, MBA, Data Science)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing science, measurement, analytics, or a related field.
- Work experience should include 3+ years of experience in any of these roles: DR / Performance marketing / Performance analytics / Web DR / App DR role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Active engagement and leadership within industry trade groups, publications, and committees.
