Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic pan-European marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Managers across the group to support marketing initiatives throughout the UK and Europe. You will focus on event coordination, digital marketing, CRM and content development, helping to elevate our brand presence and drive growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
EMAIL MARKETING & CRM SUPPORT:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, campaign execution and performance reporting.
- Work within the company’s CRM system to support lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and targeted marketing communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Liaise with internal stakeholders across the UK and Europe to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers for event management, content creation, and digital marketing projects.
Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining marketing collateral.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to event management, digital marketing or CRM systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media management tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
