POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our pan-European marketing team. This role is critical in defining and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, position Clearway as an industry leader, and drive measurable business growth. The successful candidate will oversee a broad range of marketing functions, including CRM, digital and social media, content creation, website management, events, and internal communications. This is a strategic role that requires a strong leader with expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, as well as experience in managing and inspiring a geographically dispersed team. The ideal candidate should be a blend of both strategic direction and hands on delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high-performing team across multiple European markets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, website management, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in setting KPIs and measuring marketing ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for content creation.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and trade shows.
