Description:

Cashmaster has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with our global team and play an integral role in the direction of the marketing strategy for our growing business.
As one of the leading global players in the design, manufacture, and sale of cash management solutions, we provide cash counting technology to the supermarket, C-store, QSR, hospitality, retail, and finance sectors.
You will take the lead on our global strategy but will also be willing to get involved in the day-to-day marketing, managing a team of 2 Marketing Executives. The Group Marketing Manager will lead a variety of global marketing initiatives, both online and offline, as well as supporting the regional sales teams, with the role having a key focus on our US market.
This role will report to our Scottish-based head office in Dalgety Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and executing the Group Marketing strategy, with a strong focus on lead generation, and overseeing a small team of marketing executives.
- Provide relevant marketing support and guidance to the global Business Development/Sales teams and work closely with the Technical/Product facing teams on future Product Strategy.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee the planning and implementation of an updated global marketing strategy, including relevant marketing campaigns, events, digital (including social media, PPC, SEO, LinkedIn), and PR
- Work closely with our global sales teams in the UK, Europe, Asia and US to lead the creation and delivery of demand generation activities to increase MQLs to the pipeline
- Work with and manage our Marketing team, currently comprised of two Marketing Executives to help support their professional development
- Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s websites thereafter, including analysis and report of visitor data, taking remedial action where necessary
- Ensure consistency of approach, branding, messaging, and ensure a sharing of best practices throughout all our regions
- Provide Marketing support to the global organization and deliver thought leadership interactions with customers to drive business growth
- Report quarterly on the effectiveness of global marketing campaigns, including achievement of pre-determined KPIs and ROI
- Devise new ways to market and promote the company’s products and solutions on a global scale
- Ensure all communication activity is aligned with the brand
- Create and lead manage a calendar of global events such as webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and related events, where budgeted
- Provide functional and operational leadership and direction to the global marketing and sales team, prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality, and delivery of marketing support services to the business on time and to a high standard.
- Continually review changes to the various markets, consumer trends, and the activities of global competitors, adjusting the marketing plan where necessary
- Work closely with the technical and product management team to define marketing materials, programs and contribute to the development of a future product development strategy.
- Set, administer, and achieve an annual marketing budget for the global marketing organization
- Manage, measure and optimize group-wide marketing campaign performance and costs, including ROI
- Developing marketing content, collateral, training materials, and relevant product information for customers and other stakeholders using Adobe tools and other modern applications.
- Oversee effective deployment and company-wide use of all internal sales and marketing systems - including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation tools, and Contact Databases
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as required
What you will need to be successful in the role:
- Degree qualified, ideally in Business or Marketing
- 4+ years experience in a Marketing Communications/Marketing Manager or Campaigns Marketing Manager role within a relevant industry (business products, software, cash management)
- Direct experience of working aligned with sales teams
- Experience working within a global marketing role, ideally with a proven track record and understanding of how to deliver results in the US market.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven ability to handle and manage marketing budgets of £100K+
- Demonstrable experience in delivering Marketing campaigns with a tangible ROI
- Hands-on experience managing CRM systems
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (Graphic design and video editing)
- Aptitude for technology/software
- Highly responsive, with strong communication skills
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Management of people
- Good presentation skills—presentable and self-assured
- Highly motivated with a ‘can do attitude’
