CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:

Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to join Part-Time us as a Group Marketing Office Support - AWC on our Marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the team events, the invoice process, and to prepare the meeting for the team.

Your activities will include:

• Administrative support for the team
• Own invoice processing for marketing department – create purchase orders and gather all needed information for Finance and Procurement departments.
• Own internal marketing event planning – prepare timelines, communicate with all necessary parties, order refreshments and work with IT to make sure the workshop space is ready; help with travel arrangements.
• Participate in marketing weekly meetings, prepare meeting minutes and to-dos, follow ups, focus on preparation of presentations or reports.
• Perform other back-office tasks and activities to the needs of the department.
• Maintain all department information confidential and secure, respond to work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner
