Description:

Are you a highly numerate Digital Trading professional with experience of delivering significant change to drive brand retention?
Looking for a role where you can take responsibility for ensuring strong account health is maintained across all Marketplaces including Debenhams and Decathlon, through regular communication internally and externally with core stakeholders, management of the new season launch process, as well as the successful launch of new marketplaces (globally) and optimising all DTC accounts?
Are you technically skilled across Analytics/BI systems e.g. PowerBI, Google Data Studio?
If so, we have an opportunity for a Group Marketplace Account Executive to join our Digital Team here at Regatta!

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Partnerships with marketplaces, built on forming strong relationships with both commercial and operational teams for all marketplace platforms.
  • Regular performance insight generating Generate regular reports detailing the performance of accounts and providing insights for strategic decision-making. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Oversee trade plan delivery for specified partners working with stakeholders to meet deadlines and co-ordination of relevant campaign launching in line with group.
  • Optimised product and content plans, which amplify marketplace product visibility and customer engagement to drive marketplace traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to use and navigate multiple systems, extracting relevant data to inform decision making.
  • Operational process delivery, with service improvements in place, collaborating with both Customer Experience and Logistics teams to deliver and optimise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of new accounts into the company’s systems and processes. Provide comprehensive training to partners on order management, fulfilment procedures, and any proprietary platforms.
  • Measurement of service levels across marketplaces, including capturing and addressing customer sentiment and feedback through the appropriate platform/channel to maximise retention.
  • Maintenance of product attribution & range ensuring websites are optimized.
  • Close working relationships with Digital, Wholesale, Retail, Finance, Logistics, Finance and Customer Experience teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives and improvements.
  • Compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing marketplace consumer data and mitigating risk where applicable, aligned to the Group’s GDPR procedures.

  • Demonstrate account health and performance. A strong working relationship with partners with account meeting SLAs and Sales targets.
  • An optimised digital product range that drives, sell-through and agreed product margin.
  • Coordinating well thought through digital plans, which align with wider business.
  • Demonstrate risk-awareness in day-to-day activities.
  • Demonstrable ability to facilitate the identification and shaping of opportunities across Service Lines.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience working on DTC accounts.
  • Analytical thinking – ability to tackle complicated issues by evaluating information gathered from a variety of sources, analysing future sales, future stock, and act upon your findings.
