WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a hands-on and inspiring change leader. You bring a forward-looking vision and lead-by-example attitude towards improving our operational efficiency. You bring to the table:

• A relentless drive to identify improvement opportunities and implement operational excellence initiatives together with our terminals.
• An infectious way of inspiring others to continuously improve across all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural persuasiveness in handling potential resistance to change.
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering meaningful business outcomes across multiple geographies and operating companies.
• Experience with automation, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and/or Agile, including their toolkit of proven methods to implement best practices.
• Wide and deep experience, preferably in maritime, oil and gas, and/or port-related businesses, or industries with similar characteristics.
• An analytical skillset and drive to integrate initiatives with measurable results.
• Background in Engineering / Technical studies / IT, with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A willingness to travel frequently and/or stay abroad for extended periods of time.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (NT2-II) is required (written and oral).

• Competitive remuneration package with an on-target bonus of 35% and a maximum of up to 50% of your salary in case of outperformance.
