We are looking for a Group Operations Controller in Rovaniemi
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Group Operations Controller to join our international team in Rovaniemi to support the continued growth of our business. As the Group Operations Controller you will be responsible for the financial reporting, analysis and planning of the Group’s supply chain. Your role will be central to ensuring the Group’s financial performance and supporting the business strategy. You will work closely with the Business Controlling team, the business units, the Group’s production units and management.
Responsibilities
Analysing, developing, monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of production and supply chain
Supporting the management of inventory and material flows across the group
Budgeting and forecasting
Preparing investment calculations and cost analyses
Developing and monitoring internal pricing and controls
Supporting projects to improve production efficiency
Providing financial information and analysis to support management decision-making
We expect you to have
Several years’ experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry, preferably in a group environment
A thorough understanding of production financial processes and cost accounting
Appropriate education (e.g. KTM Accounting or DI Production Economics)
An analytical and logical mindset and a willingness to understand the meaning behind figures and functions
Proactive and independent working style
Experience in a wide range of ERP systems
Fluency in Finnish and English, other language skills will be considered an advantage
