Excel Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Group Operations Manager to join a unique boutique hotel group with properties across Ireland and the UK. With its head office based in the Dublin area, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional looking for a multi-site management position that blends operational leadership with creative input.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Group General Manager in daily operations across hotels, B&Bs, and guesthouses throughout Ireland and the UK, with regular travel required
- Ensure seamless operations across all properties, maintaining brand and departmental standards
- Lead Property Managers and GMs to consistently meet operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate closely with Senior Personnel and Head Office to align property operations with business goals
- Partner with HR to achieve staffing goals, focusing on filling key roles and building high-performing teams
- Standardise Food & Beverage operations across properties in Ireland and the UK
- Oversee Health & Safety protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff
Requirements:
- Strong background in hotel management with a deep understanding of hospitality operations
- Expertise in F&B profit margins, menu development, and staffing
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Managers across multiple locations
- Keen attention to detail with a proactive leadership style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service, delivering consistently high-quality experiences
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a dynamic environment
- Impeccable communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to set and monitor performance standards for Managers
