Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Experience as an HR data analyst, including experience in preparing reports for internal needs as well as for external entities
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present HR data
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, with emphasis on Power Query, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare proposals for actions resulting from analysed data, including: directions of company development and improvements within the analysed indicators
  • High level of attention to data quality and focus on details
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Very good work organisation
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive analysis of HR data and metrics at a global level using various tools and systems
  • Analysis of HR practices and trends. Presenting analysis conclusions along with recommendations enabling further development of the company
  • Support for global reporting resulting from applicable laws and directives, including the ESG area and ESGS standards
  • Analysing data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query
  • Ensuring the reliability of analysed and reported data
  • Close cooperation with local HR units and business in the selection of appropriate indicators and measures to ensure the effectiveness of HR activities
  • Preparing detailed analysis results for the Management Board
  • Selection of modern analytical tools and constant improvement of the effectiveness of the data analysis area
  • Creating and implementing tools to facilitate reporting and the flow of information within the organization
  • Analytical support for headquarters units
  • Direct cooperation with GROUP PEOPLE REPORTING & ANALYTICS LEAD and GROUP COMPENSATION & BENEFITS LEAD
