Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:

JOB SUMMARY:

Pepco Group is seeking a proficient Group Procurement Analyst to support our global procurement team and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide data insights using ERP systems and procurement software tools to drive excellence in sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and sustainability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of retail and procurement needs.
  • Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Highly IT literate and quick to learn new software tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive with strong self-management and time management skills.
  • Open-minded with a keen eagerness to learn procurement and business processes.
  • Experience in procurement, transactional finance, or business administration.
  • Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle desirable).

Responsibilities:

  • Report key metrics including spend, savings, workload, and payment terms in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner.
  • Implement reporting dashboards for the procurement team and key stakeholders.
  • Support the procurement team in capturing cost savings and supplier performance metrics.
  • Provide spend insights and analysis across the group.
  • Offer training and assistance for the Procurement Team on procurement software and reports.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement software tools and ERP catalogues.
  • Lead projects supporting company operations, process improvements, and growth, presenting ideas based on external benchmarks.
