REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7 years in Leading Product Management roles
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
  • A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to perform extensive market research to determine what type of products consumers need
  • Familiar with prioritisation frameworks
  • Can ensure the solution is viable
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Understands and uses SEO fundamentals
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
  • Understands how to lead products to success
  • Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area

Responsibilities:

  • Optimisations of business processes
  • Sets success metrics for epics, issues and tracks post-launch metrics
  • Researches and defines category vision and strategy
  • Ensures the product completeness
  • Evaluates potential and fitting products for acquisition by AUTODOC
  • Develops the programme vision and roadmap
  • Creates and manages the product backlog
  • Defines releases and programme increments
  • Identifies the potential risks to the product’s success and develops contingency plans to mitigate them
