REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and software development delivery.
• Experience in leading people or product teams in an Agile environment.
• Direct experience building out complex web/SaaS/enterprise platforms with an understanding of technical components of application software building.
• Direct experience leading integrations with 3rd party vendors / partners via API.
• The ability to understand users’ needs and translate them into amazing products.
• Stakeholder management and client management experience including the ability to sell concepts and visions.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure by refining scope and making trade-offs.
• Understand and influence corporate strategy and advocate for Product within the leadership team.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to move strategic objectives forward.

As the Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving our company’s success. This position requires a visionary leader with a passion for technical solutions, empathy for both users and customers, and the ability to inspire and guide a talented product team along with the full organization. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our product portfolio, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Define and drive the strategic vision for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products.
• Lead a talented team of product managers, owners, designers, implementation managers and technical account managers while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay attuned to market trends and client/user needs, leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Your leadership will be crucial in executing successful go-to-market strategies and achieving product success, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and scalability.
