REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Manager SR or Lead in a technology company.
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience, directly managing or influencing product team members.
- Experience in developing and launching customer-facing products.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience working in agile frameworks with multi-functional roles Tech, UX-UI, QA, SM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology and digital products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and development methodologies.
- Excellent portfolio management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making using tools Google Analytics, Power Bi, Looker, Amplitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Azure devops, Confluence.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and talented Group product manager that oversees the collection of products within the company’s portfolio. Responsible for ensuring alignment with overall business goals, driving product innovation, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring alignment of the product strategy and keeping the team focused on efficient execution of the roadmap for the group of products, working closely with Product managers and cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, growth, marketing, and sales.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provides guidance with overall product goals, driving product innovation, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Focuses on developing and advancing the capabilities and practices within the product development field and provides expertise, guidance, and support to product managers helping them improve their skills and effectiveness.
- Lead strategies to develop internal talent, keep Product managers motivated with challenging assignments that build individual confidence and organizational capability.
- Leads organizational review and redesign activities at the group level to identify improvements in workflow, procedures, structures and systems and realign them to fit current and future product & business realities better.
- Acts as a thought leader and advocate of the product development lifecycle driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with design, technology, growth and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Structure and follow up the team’s OKRs.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates of the product portfolio with stakeholders to provide transparency on progress and gather feedback.
- Understand technical aspects of the product, including software architecture, APIs, and integration points.
