About the Role
As Group Product Manager of Apps at LNIP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our application vision and driving strategic decisions on how we help our customers get to insights faster. Your responsibilities will span governance, commercialization, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Developing and owning the long-term vision and strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data and application strategies with the overall product roadmap
- Owning the product roadmap for features and offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Overseeing implementation of work by your team by shepherding the program, facilitating cross-team alignment, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap
- Evaluating and prioritizing new features and offerings based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends
- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and pain points
- Driving packaging for feature packages and new offerings
- Leading and inspiring and coach a team of product managers
Requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional Product Manager experience
- Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and modern software development practices
- Demonstrate the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals and objectives
- Have expertise in leveraging analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product strategy and decision-making
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate ability to envision the future of the product and industry, and translate that vision into actionable plans
