Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The GSC Project Administrator is responsible for facilitating project updates, documenting key discussions, and converting insights from meetings into actionable items. The Project Administrator supports the efficient execution of projects by generating pre-reads, scheduling and organizing meetings, and following up on action items.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric or NQF 4
1-3 years planning / administration / projects
FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Supply chain background
Driver’s License with own vehicle

KNOWLEDGE

  • Oral and written communication skills (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of supplier relationship management (Intermediate)
  • Microsoft Office skills, with specific experience with PowerPoint & MS Excel (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of database management & project administration (Intermediate)
  • Budget & Expense management (Intermediate)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (Advanced)
  • Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
