WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a senior reservations or a relevant qualification in hospitality/revenue management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Hotsoft, Opera PMS, or similar systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a logical, results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue management concepts and experience in the hospitality, leisure, or travel sectors.

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for revenue management? We’re looking for a talented Group Revenue Executive to join our dynamic team and support the revenue strategy across multiple properties within the iNua Collection.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Group Revenue Executive, you’ll work closely with the Regional Revenue Manager and Cluster Revenue Assistants to optimise revenue streams and implement effective pricing and distribution strategies. From analyzing booking trends to preparing detailed reports, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue performance and helping us achieve our business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the implementation of revenue management strategies to maximise Rooms and Meetings & Events revenue.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports.Managing rate loading and distribution across PMS, Channel Managers, and websites.
  • Assisting with yield management processes, ensuring offers and promotions align with demand.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and rate parity across channels while monitoring competitor performance.
  • Collaborating with hotel teams and colleagues to achieve group-level revenue targets.
