Responsibilities:
- You will drive the SIRA (Systematic Integrity Risk Analyses) process after 2023. The SIRA requires yearly or event-driven updates and requires input from all staff across the office. You will make sure everyone is involved and contributes to updating the SIRA and implementing the control measures within the client portfolio;
- Coordinate the annual Wtt18 audit by facilitating the needs and queries from the GIA team. Arranging for access and the provision of documentation and setting up meetings with the relevant elements within CNE. Maintain contact with GIA throughout the year and act upon their reports by formulating Management Action Plans and implement them after obtaining the necessary approvals;
- Keep track of (potential) incidents within the business and make sure that they either reported to the proper internal stakeholders and are reported according to the regulatory standards or make sure the arguments for not doing so are properly recorded by Compliance;
- Keep track of any and all action Plans logged into the Risk Management Portal. Make sure progress is tracked and logged. Drive progress whenever possible through own actions or the actions of others;
- Prepare the quarterly Risk and Compliance meetings by means of assembling all the information that is required and presenting that by means of a slide deck according to the agreed upon template. Make sure the slide pack is provided at least 2 working days before the RCC as to allow all stakeholder to properly prepare the meeting;
- Coordinate and drive the RCSAs. Act as first point of contact for Group Risk and other Group Functions;
- Setup and maintain regular contact with relevant internal stakeholders including Divisional Operational Control Management and Group Risk;
- Join and take notes of Risk Incident calls;
- Support regulatory reporting obligations, this includes the periodic ISI questionnaire and incident reports to DNB as well as any other regulatory information requests;
- Keep oversight on outsourced activities by ensuring that KPI’s are available and presented to the Management Board for further discussion. Liaise with the Centers of Excellence on planning, execution and reporting on the work that has been outsourced to them.
