Job Description
Our Darra branch is seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join the team!
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful person will be responsible for managing and reporting on all aspects of the sales operations in Queensland. Specifically, implementing programs to achieve annual growth, profit targets, company goals, objectives and policies.
Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective leadership and management of the sales department
- Develop and maintain culture and values consistent with those of the Company
- Prepare operating forecasts to achieve KPI’s and reporting on performance
- Undertake resource planning to support sales
- Manage the budget forecasts in line with national account strategies
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets as set by the General Manager
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to manage and motivate personnel
- A strong customer Service focus
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements
- Strong commercial background
- Proven ability to grow the business and be accountable for performance target achievements
- Proven ability in strategic planning and marketing initiatives
