• Negotiation and management of national broadcast deals across your agency portfolio and to ensure revenue and share targets are met.
• Overseeing all campaign activity for metro and regional television across your portfolio to ensure seamless delivery in line with trading targets.
• Building and fostering strong relationships with local Investment Directors and Group Trading Leads within your designated agencies; working together with investment teams in agencies and your internal team to ensure we are aligned and delivering to our Better Together Service charter around responsiveness, service and productivity.
• Delivering exceptional client service outcomes, innovative thinking, utilization of all company assets, and skillful salesmanship. Work closely with departments within & associated with sales to drive best in market service and delivery.
• Staying abreast of market trends and conditions. Collaborate with the Group Business Director on development of clear business plans for your portfolio focused on identifying clients for future growth and those where a strong retention plan is required.
• Ensuring all regulatory and internal company guidelines are adhered to and that your team have regular training to make sure that knowledge is up to date and processes are followed.
