SKILLS:

• Relevant degree
• Ability to build high quality financial models in Excel
• Superb financial analysis skills
• Significant experience in working in international set-up
• Excellent communication skills
• PowerPoint presentation skills
• IFRS knowledge a plus
• 8+ year of relevant experience

• Create a consolidated view of Group’s financial performance
• Develop, rollout and follow-up Group KPIs
• Organize cross country & cross-functional resources to execute projects, such as pricing model changes and business case analysis for investments
• Maximize efficiency and cost of operations across functions
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
• Support Group long-term financial plans and budgets
• Drive financial automation projects, including finance dashboard and finance system implementations
• Establish stronger controls around group consolidation
