Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in fostering strong relationships? The Doyle Collection is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Group Senior Marketing Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our external creative and advertising partnerships, working in close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure the highest standards of brand representation. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience across various platforms.
KEY SKILLS:
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality or luxury industries for relevant brands, with strong experience in delivering outstanding advertising, campaigns and content creation.
- Proven experience in briefing and commissioning highly effective design work, creative digital content, photography and videography across multiple media.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and a talent for crafting engaging content.
- Proven expertise in growing engagement and conversion through digital marketing and social media, including paid and organic social.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including luxury, travel and broadsheet print and digital platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Brief and commission advertising creatives, leading the procurement and management of external creative and advertising agencies and working in close liaison with the Design team.
- Lead on the media buying plan for the Group, and be the lead contact for the media agency/agencies.
- Develop compelling and engaging written copy and content for group marketing materials, native content/advertorials, and digital channels, both writing and editing copy and working with external writers and journalists.
- Lead the organic and paid social media strategy and activity across the group, working to build community and create inspiring and engaging content which drives engagement and drive revenue through direct bookings.
- Lead the production and commissioning of inspiring and engaging creative content, photography and videography to promote The Doyle Collection.
- Project manage group-wide campaigns, leading and co-ordinating integrated teams across the Group’s hotels in Dublin, London, Cork and Washington to make it happen.
- Use audience insight, data and intelligence to inform campaign strategy and planning, ensuring a robust evaluation framework and regularly recommending strategies to enhance performance.
- Act as a brand guardian for the group, working to ensure brand positioning and alignment across every touchpoint and brand partnerships.
