• Senior expertise in managing large and complex projects.
• Proven project management experience, including planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
• Extensive experience in research design, execution and data analysis.
• Ability to draft detailed reports, compelling visual summaries, and stakeholder communications for various audiences.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, embracing innovation and staying updated with industry advancements.
• Experience in engaging and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and aligning expectations.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Research Manager to join Crown PlaySafe team. This team sits within our group function and is responsible for safer gambling initiatives to ensure guest wellbeing is at the core of Crown’s focus. You will work on transformation initiatives and provide varied support to the wider Crown PlaySafe team. You will be responsible for;

• Driving various transformation activities and programs with a specialist focus on helping to deliver work relating to customer research, prevention and safeguards, risk identification programs, and evaluation best practice.
• Preparing insights and best practice solutions related to the promotion of guest wellbeing and reduction of harms to continuously inform the Crown PlaySafe Strategy.
• Supporting delivery of research initiatives including data management, review of research findings and reporting for Crown PlaySafe Management.
• Managing evaluation and measurement of success activities across various Crown PlaySafe Strategy initiatives.
• Assisting the Group GM Crown PlaySafe Programs & Research with developing the required research and solutions according to Crown PlaySafe’s harm prevention philosophy.
• Liaising with external researchers to conduct independent assessments of Crown PlaySafe programs and policies.
