Description:

Are you passionate about optimising supply chain operations and leveraging your expertise to enable the organisation to succeed?
Faerch is a leading supplier of circular, rigid food packaging with integrated recycling capability. We serve food manufacturers, food service providers, and retailers around the world with our network of state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe and the US. Today, more than 5,600 employees are part of the Faerch Group, which is part of the A.P. Moller Group.
We are seeking a Project Manager to drive our efforts toward a more circular future. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance processes, support the rollout of key projects, and ensure end-user readiness.
Your Role
As the Project Manager, Group Supply Chain, you will lead transformative projects aimed at optimising our global supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and rolling out projects to our regional sites, ensuring they meet agreed timeframes, scopes, and budgets while having a long-term impact on KPIs. With a strong focus on business results and stakeholder alignment, you will drive improvements across the organisation’s supply chain processes and strategy..
The Group Supply Chain serves as the central link between our local business units and the Group, facilitating seamless integration and alignment of supply chain initiatives. Leveraging AI, technology, and up-to-date supply chain concepts, you will renew and upgrade our processes to achieve optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously enhance our IBP platform.
  • Lead and support rollout projects, such as IBP and ERP.
  • Collaborate with local business units to execute solution adoption plans.
  • Develop training materials and lead workshops to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with the director to maintain and evolve the supply chain roadmap and strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where things are constantly evolving and enjoys the challenge of adapting to change. You have a strong passion for working with data but also enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, as you will play a crucial role in implementation. You want to leverage your expertise to create clear and practical guides that help others understand and excel in new processes or systems. We imagine you bring the following:

  • Experience with implementing ERP or other planning systems and processes.
  • It is advantageous if you have worked with IBP solutions and ideally SAP IBP.
  • A degree and/or practical experience related to supply chain management.
  • A passion for creating strong user solutions that enable our colleagues to succeed.
