COMPANY SUMMARY
Vessco Water is a corporation with headquarters in Chanhassen, Minnesota and is comprised of several regional companies that provide design services, parts, installation, and repair services to the municipal water treatment industry. Our rapid growth has led to the need for additional IT support personnel.
POSITION SUMMARY
This primary objective of this position is to provide hardware, software, system, and excellent IT support to users within the Vessco Holdings platform. The System Support Specialist 2 will be the primary point of contact for support issues and is expected to become an expert in using whatever tracking tool we select. With a rapid deployment planned for our Global Shop ERP system, the System Support Specialist will be expected to achieve a high level of fluency with the software. Support can occur in person, over the phone, via e-mail, or through a remote screen sharing session.

EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- The System Administrator will also be expected to collaborate with other IT team members to create user accounts, set up, install, and maintain new hardware, configure software, and troubleshoot problems on any of the aforementioned items.
- This position is to become an expert in the usage of Microsoft Teams as a collaboration tool and evaluate its suitability as an enterprise PBX.
