As the Group Talent and Resourcing Manager, you will report to the Chief HR Officer and oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top-tier talent across the organization. You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and manage key resourcing systems. This role also involves coaching hiring teams, managing recruitment tools, and driving compliance to our talent standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years management within HR and or a talent acquisition function, ideally in a multinational or in-house environment. Experience in executive search and the services industry is advantageous.
  • Must be open to working onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Promote Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through targeted initiatives across social media, career platforms, and career expos.
  • Manage Resourcing Processes: Oversee end-to-end resourcing for senior roles, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
  • Enhance Recruitment Capabilities: Build recruitment toolkits and courses for the Talent and Resourcing community and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective talent sourcing.
  • Manage Talent Systems: Ensure optimal usage of ATS, digital onboarding platforms, screening and vetting and psychometric tools for talent assessment and onboarding.
  • Manage Strategic projects in support of the business goals
  • Draw informative insights from the all talent and resourcing activities across the group
