About the role:
The Group UX/UI Supervisor leads user-centered design projects and acts as the usability expert for a large web platform. This role involves presenting UX/UI concepts to teams internal and external, inspiring creative ideas, building client relationships, managing project workflows, and overseeing direct reports. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, PPT, Figma, and Miro is required.
The Group UX/UI Supervisor will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into compelling and effective design strategies. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, implementing design standards, and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX/UI design, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are being created and built with the audience at the center, as the usability subject matter expert
  • Guide content strategy through knowledge of UX best practices
  • Present UX content, theories and principals to both external and internal teams, with authority
  • Present strategic, innovative and unexpected solutions
  • Contribute to strategy and the development of briefs
  • Push creative work and actively share inspiring ideas
  • Develop and grow client relationships
  • Shape and guide all of the work
  • Understand strategic and financial goals for clients and AH
  • Manage multiple direct reports and delegation of workflow on multiple projects/brands
  • Be fluent in Adobe Suite, PPT, Figma, Miro
