Responsibilities:
Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all welfare concerns, providing expert guidance and support.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain collaborations with external agencies and service providers to enhance the welfare support network.
Program Management: Oversee the effectiveness of our Employee Assistance Program and related welfare initiatives, ensuring optimal delivery of services.
Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive welfare assessments to determine individual requirements and coordinate appropriate interventions.
Leadership and Training: Provide training and support to our venue leaders ensuring readiness and capability to manage sensitive issues.
Reporting and Compliance: Generate detailed reports for the senior management team on welfare activities, challenges, and outcomes, maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Advocacy and Promotion: Advocate for and raise awareness about our welfare services, pushing for continual improvement and greater accessibility.
