Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Content Campaign Management Executive who will be responsible for day-to-day management and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns for GroupM. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who ensures that campaigns are seamlessly implemented and achieve their intended KPIs. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive attitude will be essential in driving the success of our digital content initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, social media, and content experience is a huge plus.
- Digital Savvy: Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of social media and is an active user of digital and social media apps such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu and YouTube.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to negotiate with agencies and publishers to meet campaign objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Collaboration: Possess a strong collaborative spirit and a positive working attitude to thrive in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and adopt different tools for efficient work.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently while achieving campaign objectives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of local and regional digital content campaigns to ensure they meet the desired KPIs. Continuously seek and implement innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, and media vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle to maintain smooth operations. Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all content and materials before they are published. Utilize various digital tools and platforms for campaign management, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed campaign reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Influencer Relations: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance campaign reach and engagement.
