POSITION SUMMARY

The Groups & Events Executive manages inbound leads and optimizes revenue by securing bookings. They engage with customers to match preferences with brand offerings and proactively promote additional services to enhance revenue and foster customer loyalty. Ensuring seamless turnover for quality service delivery, they prioritize service excellence to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
The role of the Groups & Events Executive entails handling all incoming leads for the hotel, aiming to increase bookings and revenue. Within defined parameters, they respond to customer inquiries and relay booking details to hotel service departments efficiently.
With a focus on sales and negotiation, the Executive actively promotes additional services to maximize revenue for each property. They tailor offerings to match customer profiles and contribute to achieving team revenue targets. Moreover, they ensure timely and proper turnover of business for service delivery in line with brand standards.
